Wherein I grab three things, in a burning house...

Between Relationships and End

When Am I Allowed To Say It

At the moment, what I am looking at has gone. It has gone beyond the horizon.

Coming back if not safe at least smiling☺️ (from your vision, to mine), this post looks like this, to me right now (spoilers for people who aren't me):

Wherein no questions are allowed....

Between Relationships and End

When Am I Allowed To Say It

Legibility Is Violent

Go back.

Horizons Are Violent

Fields of view are violent. Wasps. Technology - violent. Arms can damage or remove arms. Are arms violent? What's "violent"? Take away the technology of photosynthesis. Is that violent?

Or something that just happened (on Venus, on Mars, on a comet functioning as a terrarium how the artic ice functions as a terrarium for flowers that produce their own light).

Are flowers violent? Is crying violent? Is showing up to a fight naked and a woman violent? I'd imagine that question having layers. Peeling the layers away. Loving violence. Sweet, loving violence of a striptease.

Of a fruit before it's ripe. Of a present before it opens. Why wrap things? Why tear wrapping to (catharsis)[#catharsis] shreds? Why end up forsaking elders? To steal medicine? To forego medication? To dress wrong? To dye hair? To worship not a word? Mystery?

Mystery Is Violent

How much of this is true (circle one): (I am in danger)/(I am safe)

Is contradiction violent? Is panic violent? Is a sample size of n=1 violent (did you circle more than one; or do violence upon the spirit of the exercise; or the capacity to remember to). How much of this is true (circle any number): (I am saved)/(I am death)

Are definitions violent? Let (circle one) equal: of the following two options, marked quite notably and as clearly as might be made, ... yada yada ..., circle one.

Where is the legibility! Is breaking rules violent?

Is pretending everyone is a thing intelligible and scrutible violent? Is everyone just five people? Let everyone equal: (motte-and-bailey fallacy) "by everyone [this cluase is the bailey], I meant everyone I've talked to on the subject [this clause is the retreat to the motte], obviously. [...] Everyone does it [this cluase is the return to the bailey]."

Catharsis

This is wicked (/w[ ]ch connotation)! This is violent, unneighborly behavior trading long-read con-viviality for short-read con work, to be clear. Is clarity violent?

Is security through obscurity violent? Is work violent? Is energy? Is sunlight violent? Is birdsong: violent?🐦

A gatling gun if question marks catharsis, making shmup a word, from shoot-em-up, a genre of game in the style of cupid shooting arrows into the hearts of hateful neighbors who violences dissolve on contact.

inb4 cupid was the first shmup (is internet lingo violent). Is an audience of n=1 violent? Is playing cards with my hand facing out violent? Is legibility distinct from the speed of legitability?

Legibility Is Violent

Go back. You're all caught up. Dark patterns.πŸŒ€ (dark psychology speaking) Is ignorance violent? (End dark psychology.) Is quantum sarcasm violent (just kidding?)?

The part of the subconscious intimately teased and rebundled and quietly shut; and initiated. Like to live is a horror novel is to notice: some things are unsaid. As courtesy. And most all things else are left unsaid because the rich are redefining human to mean economic agentπŸ’’. And elders like it.

For ease-of-access through legal channels. Human, the word, is migrating. Corporations are only human. AI systems are being assigned legal personhood in incremental moves (guardianship rights, standing in courts, liability frameworks). Retreating to "we need a flexible legal concept" from the bailey of "person have rights to access resources and survive" is violent.

Is defending humanity violent (walk away)? Is work toward human relations violent (rest)? Has the word human shared meaning ("has the word human any shared meaning")? Has the word human ever had any shared meaning? Has the word human a locus (@me)?

Let the word human be a burning house. I live there! Let me be a rich person. I pour fuel cans all over (let "I" be: [people] I [hire]). Let the insurance policy be in my name. Let human be a house. And my attention be the light. And me, a window in the house; this screen.

The sun (where noticing stems, and humanity was) comes in through the window. The window is old, glass pooling at the bottom from sun exposure. The light concentrates in the pool. The fuel ignites, flames lick, run. Tasting: my house is on fire. My house remembers it's fire.

Choice Is Violent

What three things am I grabbing from this burning house? Am I a "thing" (is it only me, my breath, and my word)? Maybe I relax. Maybe I let relaxation be a thing. Matter (what never created nor destroyed) is not synonymous with noun (a person, place, thing, or idea). I notice ideas are destroyed all the timeπŸ“Ή. The idea I am in danger. The idea I am a person in a place choosing - between everything - three to take with me as I flee.

I am reminded of the religion I made myself, as a preteen. I'm young, but am mature. I am raped some months prior. Thinking about hell, me in it. For what happened. Asking the god given me things. Things like "how are you", or I pick up my person. Who asks how I am. And it's full-circle. I'm old, but am immature. I am evicted some months prior.

Thinking about violence, me in it. In what happens. Asking the god I am things. Things like this, like rereading, relistening rewitnessing, like believing this breath has the context this breath had. Is ambiguity violent? Is recusion violent? Is vertigenosity violent? Is word-abuse violent?

The god, where I ask how they are, is fleeing from a burning house. I name them, but their name changes. So mine does. But that's a religious thing, name-changing. The word is on fire. The name is the word. Is a name violent? Is anticipation violent? Is every present open? Is forgetting what's in the back of a drawer a name? Forgotten? Grief, to name it? Is grief in the back of a drawer. Do I grab it?

I Don't Know

I'm asking. Is grief destroyed in a fire because I didn't grab it? Is guilt destroyed? Do I grab it? Feel the survivor's guilt even as I'm fleeing? I don't know. I'm asking. The house of shared meaning burns. I let this fire be possible. What I am is this: noticing. I am noticing. Am I a tiny god, fleeing? I don't know. I'm asking. Is the food bank food burning? Outside or inside my (disengaged) stomach?

Am I grabbing discomfort? I don't know. I'm asking. The sun lit my house afire. And the sun as my witness. I grab three things. And they are not guilt. And they are not grief. And they are not discomfort. And then my attention is grabbed. I am noticing my body responding. My body, caring for itself, acts. I listen.

Try and stay with my body. But it moves, and so fast! It's out the door. I look around, then rush after. What did my body grab? I don't know. I'm not (always) my body.

The insurance policy is paid out. And everyone gets an even cut. We all live happily ever after. Even the insurance companies. Who sue one another in perpetuity, never pay out a penny, and write off court fees as tax expenditures🦷; Violently speaking.

Is Seduction Violent
